Licensed Insolvency Practitioner
Peter O'Duffy is a Chartered Certified Accountant and a Licensed Business Insolvency Practitioner. Having qualified as an Accountant, he has been engaged full-time in insolvency work since 1983. He established IP Services in July 1998 as a practice offering a high quality service at low cost to small and medium sized enterprises which are experiencing solvency problems. The firm has access to significant professional resources and has a record of analysing problems and recommending solutions within short timespans which are fully bought into by companies' directors and key managers.
Peter's personal statement: "I bring over 30 years experience to the process of helping clients. I like to think I am empathetic, efficient, direct and thorough in all my dealings. I personally supervise all cases. I get to know all clients, and try to make necessary processes as painless as possible for each, particularly by communicating clearly with them at each key stage."
